Cooking never was that easy


Hello, today's dessert is my favorite one. This frozen cake was the one I have chosen for my mother's birthday , it is easy to do and you will have fun by doing it.


For this delicious dessert you are going to use the following ingredients

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 500 ml of milk
  2. 100 ml of coconut milk
  3. 2 spoons of sugar
  4. 3 spoons of grated coconut
  5. 200 g of condensed milk
  6. 500 g of Tapioca
Now that you have all the ingredients ready, please follow the steps bellow:

  1. Prepare a bowl to mix all the ingredients. Put all the ingredients in the bowl and start to mixthem until you obtain an uniform mixture.Resultado de imagen para put the ingredients in a bowl milk coconut milk
  2. Put the mixture in a baking bowl. Make sure the bowl is clean and big enough for all the mixture. Is not necessary to spread butter in the baking mold.
  3. Frezee it. Put the bowl in the fridge for 40 minutes. Resultado de imagen para pastel de coco y tapioca
  4. Finally, get the cake out the fridge and start to decore it. Before serve it, spread on the cake some grated coconut as decoration.

You can enjoy it with a delicious cup of tea, just in case you are going to use it for a birthday as me, you can put chocolate on the cake after it get frozen.
